I have shopped here many times and purchased several items of furntiture from them and it's the same thing every single time.... I am followed around like a thief by their sales staff. I have literally had to tell managers to tell their sales staff to stop following me around and pressuring me to check my credit, or figure out monthly payments, or to just simply stop walking behind me, waiting for me to make a decision like I'm not allowed to browse their store without purchasing. Never in my life have I had this happen anywhere else, so many times in a row. It happened at the old place and the new place they just moved to and by several different sales staff, which makes me believe that it's something the company teaches the staff to do.... I didn't even mention that the last encounter I had with them when they were supposed to deliver a package to me for a repair on a couch I had JUST bought from them (shocker). A woman from the sales team recognized my parents as they were shopping in the store and insisted THAT THEY DELIVER THE PACKAGE TO ME because Schewels wouldn't "drive to my house for something so small, or just leave it on the doorstep without someone home". I stopped going in here after the last time and I will never go back or purchase anything ever again from Schewels Furniture.

Purchased a sofa and love seat. We had it maybe 3 years and the sofa started sagging quite a bit as if it was broken. We removed the fabric bottom and the whole sofa frame was coming apart. We noticed that one of the cross support wood pieces was made of a entirely different type of wood proving my suspicion that the sofa was used. First, the sofa did not have the legs to it where as the legs were in a bag stapled to the frame of the love seat. Second, within a year of having the sofa I removed two items from it that did not belong to our family.
